About
I started my career at the centre of a fast-scaling startup — working directly with the co-founders of JAR, one of India's most exciting fintech-jewellery companies. I spent nearly two years learning how a high-growth business actually operates: the decisions, the fires, the trade-offs no playbook covers.
From there, I took ownership of JAR's entire supply chain — onboarding 14 manufacturers, cutting delivery times in half, and negotiating contracts that saved 20% on materials costs while maintaining quality. I travelled markets in Mumbai, Jaipur, and Bengaluru. I attended major industry exhibitions. I built the vendor network from the ground up.
Today I advise early-stage founders on the things that actually move the needle: go-to-market strategy, fundraising readiness, financial structuring, and operational design. I studied McKinsey, BCG, and Bain frameworks to sharpen the advisory side. I bring the instincts of an operator and the lens of a strategist.
I'm also building a pure silver jewellery brand — a family legacy in the making — because I believe in owning the things you love.
